NEW RECIPROCAL BENEFIT: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Joins Our Reciprocal Network (4/1)

As some of you may know, the Museum is always working on new membership benefits. Today, we’re excited to announce our newest reciprocal agreement with our friends at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Downtown Sarasota and Historic Spanish Point, Florida! 

Starting in May 2026, AGB Members will get free admission to the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens from May 1 – 31. For those at the Household membership level and above, all you will need to show is your AGB membership card and personal I.D for two adults and up to two children under 18. (Individual level Members may have to pay for extra guests.)

We are excited to have a regional partner like Marie Selby Botanical Gardens and hope you enjoy this brand-new benefit, exclusive for our Members.

THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR WITH OUR MEMBERS! (12/13)

Oh, what fun it is to celebrate with all of you!

With nearly 200 Members at the Museum, it was exciting to learn all about the origins of Impressionism, as well as share our biggest news in years! The Expansion is almost here, and we loved giving all of you a first-look peek at everything coming to the new galleries.

If you missed the reception, you can see our gallery with beautiful evening highlights. Dutch Impressionism: The Hague School, 1860-1930, is on view through February, 23, 2025, so we hope you start the new year with a peaceful tour of the exhibition with your loved ones.

Coming together is what membership is all about; thank you for taking the time in your busy holiday season to spend an evening with us. We can’t wait to see you again next month at the Expansion’s Member-Exclusive Grand Opening on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 6 to 8 pm. Save the date!

Celebrating this iconic reception with all of our Members was pure joy!

We hope you loved this historic closing reception for Rockwell/Wyeth: Icons of Americana with our art-loving community — and the inspiring, Abigail Rockwell — all-in-one-place. We had nearly 250 Members at the Museum, which was close to our opening reception! We loved how moving our conversation with Abigail was, as well as the reminder to be there for one another, because coming together is what membership is all about.

If you missed the Reception, you can see our gallery with beautiful evening highlights. Unfortunately, due to audio troubles, we weren’t able to publish our usual recap video. (We’re very sorry!) Rockwell/Wyeth: Icons of Americana is officially closed, so we hope you enjoyed this show as many times as possible.
