Poetry for Teens (Ages 14-18) (Evening)

Fee: $165 Members, $215 Non-Members
In this class, students will read and discuss a variety of contemporary poetry while working on and critiquing poems of their own in an enthusiastic and encouraging setting.
Students only need to bring a notebook and their favorite writing tool.
Clifford Parody is the director of the creative writing department at Harrison School for the Arts. He received his MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and spent a number of years in journalism before making the jump to education. His poetry has been published in a variety of magazines and literary journals in the US and abroad.

Any registrations submitted after the registration deadline includes a $35 late fee.
REFUNDS
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will incur a $35 handling fee. If a class or workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be available. If a class or workshop is not cancelled and refund is requested, a reimbursement will be made in full up to seven days prior to the class or workshop starting date. No reimbursement will be made after the seven-day period.
