Coffee with the Artist: Alice Kiderman

Please join us Saturday, June 7th, 10:30am-12pm for a coffee reception celebrating Alice Kiderman and her current exhibition, When Stone Speaks.

Alice Kiderman, a Russian born sculptor, has gained recognition both nationally and internationally. Initially trained as a linguist and educator, she made a shift to pursue her passion for sculpture and stone carving. She describes it as “an incredible journey… from inspiration, frustration, to exhilaration - in no particular order”.

Her work has been featured in numerous art publications, showcased in museum exhibitions, and honored with awards in sculpture. Kiderman's sculptures are in public and private collections across the United States and Europe. In addition to having offered sculpting workshops, she has been a designated judge for the Art Council of Southwest Florida, where she currently resides.
